Frank Chu nominated as the NDP candidate for Don Valley East

TORONTO — New Democrats in Don Valley East gathered to nominate Frank Chu as their candidate for the upcoming provincial election.

“People in Don Valley East deserve a government that is on their side” said Chu. “After seven years of Doug Ford, our community is facing overcrowded hospitals, underfunded schools, and an out-of-control housing crisis. It’s time to choose a better Ontario.”

Chu works as a registered social worker, supporting newcomers, children and youth. He has firsthand experience with the impact of Conservative cuts to the services and resources that families depend on.

“I’m thrilled to have Frank on our team,” said Ontario NDP Leader Marit Stiles. “He’s a fighter who knows Ontario should be a place full of opportunity for everyone. I’m looking forward to building a brighter future for our province together.”
